Go to my donations page. On that page, enter your donation information and hit the Contribute link, which will take you to a secure PayPal page where you can finalize your donation. No PayPal login is required, though you can use one if you have one. The donation page is not SSL protected, but the information you are entering is required to be public – your private information is protected on the PayPal page.
